What Is A Lifestyle Report?

All information sourced by our financial investigators is available and sourced through public media and our agent network. Our network of over 70 agents (all retired gardai) geographically spread throughout the entire country has intimate knowledge of each county and its inhabitants. A lifestyle report is a more extensive version of a Status Report on an individual. A subject would have a larger number of connections and possibly be involved with several companies.
Very similar to an asset trace with the added value of personal information. This information would include personal information on a subject, such as their occupation, current employment/business info. Family details, etc. We are careful not to include information on third parties (family members etc.) to a subject except by way of reference.
Our aim is to have all traces completed within four weeks maximum.
This is a most important part of a lifestyle report. An asset trace is a nationwide trace to establish what property or businesses a subject owns or has a material interest in. This is done first of all by means of Land Registry Searches and CRO searches. We would also carry out detailed Social Media searches.
Searches carried out and information received, we then have local agents carry out inquiries and verify all the information. The local agent or agents would also use their local knowledge and contacts to establish new information. This local knowledge is reliable and invaluable. Our asset traces are successful because they combine excellent office research with first class local knowledge.
Combined that completes a report the client can rely upon.
Occupancy Check / Property Check
– When we receive a request to carry out a Lifestyle report, as part of that we will carry out occupancy checks. We will first do a desktop search, which includes, a land registry search and a google maps search. After that we will send the inquiry to an agent in the locality for a visit to the location and inquiries as to the current position with the property. Our agent will photograph the property and speak to occupants of the building to get details as to how long they are in situ or speak to neighbours and get all possible information.
Our agent will then complete a report for inclusion in the lifestyle report and return it to Aserve within a few days.
