With our network we guaranteed full coverage throughout the whole of the country. All our summons servers / process servers and tracing agents are retired Gardai / NI Police officers that served over thirty years in the police serving in specialist units including detective branch. All are fully licenced with the Private Security Authority.

At Aserve we know the highly regulated environment which our Legal, Financial, Insurance and Corporate clients operate. Data Protection and Confidentiality are of the highest priority to Aserve and all its employees. All our employees and field inquiry agents have signed contracts that include Data Protection and Confidentiality clauses.

Office staff, summons servers and field tracing agents receive role specific training before they can work for Aserve. We also provide continuous training to ensure all our staff, summons servers and tracing field agents are up to date with the most recent requirements of the Private Security Authority and Data Protection Commissioners Regulations.

Upon serving legal papers, our summons server / process server provides a declaration setting out all the circumstances of a case. In the case of a positive serve, it will detail the manner of the service, personal or other, and will provide detailed information on which an affidavit of service can be completed afterwards. In the un-lightly event that our summons server was unsuccessful and failed to serve a document our summons server will provide all the information required to apply to the court for sub-service. Our summons server / process server will prepare this report on a set template that covers all requirements. The information provided in these declarations has been the source complements from Judges in the courts. It sets out clearly and concisely the day, date, time, place and all information required to prove due diligence. The solicitor can prepare the affidavit and forward it to Aserve who will have the Process Server/Summon Server sign and swear same before a practicing solicitor or upon request from the client/solicitor, Aserve will prepare the Affidavit / Declaration of Service and have same sworn before a practicing solicitor by our agent.

Upon request Aserve will also prepare an Affidavit / Declaration of service and have it sworn before a practicing solicitor by the Process Server / Summons Server.

When An Individual Cannot Be Found
Aserve will advise a client and we can provide a trace to locate a subject if requested by a client.

Providing Evidence of Served Legal Paper
It is essential to prove to a court that reasonable attempts were made to serve a subject. Due diligence will always be shown by Aserve in our reports to a client. We always make a minimum of three attempts and more if necessary. At a minimum we will provide the evidence to apply for ‘Substitute Service’.
